During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the all-day availability of hot coffee. The location was great, close to the town's center, making it easy to explore the area. Moreover, the shuttle service was a convenient way to navigate to nearby attractions.

However, my overall experience was tarnished by the cleanliness of the hotel. The room seemed unclean, and the linens had a strange smell. I approached the staff, but they didn't seem very concerned. The Wi-Fi service was extremely poor, making it hard to stay connected to my socials and work. Sadly, this experience was not what I was expecting, especially during the busy Christmas holiday.

The place was fairly clean and we loved standard queen room. Superfriendly and courteous staff with great service, and facilities were clean here.

Its location walking distance from Helen Festhalle was marvellous. The food was fresh, with plenty of options. I stayed here for 5 days and would stay here again.

No complaints, the venue met expectations, would definitely recommend it. Clean hotel, loved to be so close to restaurants as well as many hiking trails and waterfalls thanks to magnificent location. The property staff were accommodating and courteous.

The breakfast was fantastic and really set us up for the day ahead. We also loved how convenient the location was; we were able to walk to nearby attractions and make the most of our city break. Plus, the staff were friendly and always willing to help out with recommendations.

Unfortunately, the pool temperature was a letdown as it was too warm for the warm weather in May. We were expecting a refreshing swim but it felt more like a hot tub. Additionally, we noticed the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during the day, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

It has amicable and efficient staff with great service. The location of the hotel is awesome, near restaurants and other venues and shops.

It was surely a fine stay for the holidays. The hotel was fairly clean, I appreciated it. The location was comfy for walking around Unicoi Hill Park. All the employees were helpful and pleasant.

Starting the new year at this hotel was a great decision. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the town. The highlight was definitely the delicious breakfast buffet which included waffles and fresh fruit. Additionally, the hot tub and pool area were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax.

The only downside was that the room was a bit cramped and the bed was not the most comfortable. However, this was not a major issue as we spent most of our time outside of the room exploring the town. this hotel was a great value and made for a wonderful new year's getaway.

The area was quite dirty.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to all nearby attractions, making it great for exploring. The room/breakfast/service was fantastic, with several options to choose from and excellent staff. The relaxing view added extra comfort during the stay. As a family-friendly hotel, the leisure facilities were also impressive, especially the [insert favorite feature here].
